        Customer Reviews

HORRIBLE. I just wanted for the trip to get over. They dropped me somehere in Bangalore and not where I was supposed to. I had to travel on my own to that bus stop and I missed the bus. They shifted me to some other bus and I didn't like it. I was supposed to reach at 6.45. Reached at 12.30pm. Need I say more?

Bus booking was 4:30 that bus cancelled and arranged at 6:30 , as between journey two tyre burst in belgaon due to neglected maintenance.....and all we passenger suffered

AC from Chennai to Bangalore was not working. Bus was smelling Bad. Even saw cockroaches in the bus from Bangalore to Mumbai. I am not kidding !!!

From Vellore to bangalore ac is not working in the bus?? Wtf

Ticket N0- 2234055 ; This was the Most Horrific and very upsetting Bus Journey I ever Had- STarting from your Staff's It looks like you have Hired Goons as an Incharge who has no capability of dealing with Passangers has no respect and very Blatant , and Adding to this I m not sure with what happened it leaves me with an Impression that you all are hand in gloves - 1st thing Your Online does not says that the Passengers will have to change Buss three times in a One simple journey on route - Your first Halt at Bangalore to change Buss was a surprise i wasnt expected cause i wasnt told , So i inquired with Help Desk there the gentlement at the counter said There will be No more such change and the Last stop for this Bus will be SHEETAL NAGAR ,MIRA ROAD , Now the Best and horriffic part starts ,Since you hired goons , after leaving Bangalore I asked what will be the last stop after asking 4 times on the 5th times He says it will be Borivali , Then Once we reached Talegaon now they say the Last stop will be Vashi and then we will get you another Bus but you have to wait to get the another Bus like you waited an Hour in Bangalore. It appears the Buss Incharge wanted to get rid of us so he could empty the Bus to fill the seats with locals to earn extra bucks . So after 24 agonizing hour i finally reached Vashi and i had to hire a Cab and spend more so i could reach my home despite paying you guyz ... SO Overall i am a very very Unhappy customer who felt like cheated of my money and will never travel with SEABIRD Tourists..If you guyz really want save your company .Just fix this immediately or dont bother if you think you are doing good.
