there is no AC and the driver is very irresponsible idiot very worst experience plz dont combine with them

Last minute change of A.C bus to non A.C bus not acceptable

2 halts of 20 mts each can be reduced to ones. No helper/conductor. Only one driver who never communicated to passengers

leg room is very bad for a semi sleeper bus and the blanket was not sterilised.

Departure time always delayed by 90 mts This trip arrival at vellore also delayed by more than 2 hours. Bus reached Vellire @ 7.15 instead of 4.30 hours

they add more passengers without booking on standing in between journey

Bus quality was good.Acc to the driver, only 10 blankets were given to him,so many didn't get. bus came an hour late.

The bus came on time . the only problem was the AC lines were leaking so there was drops of water dripping throughout the journey

Very worst service; one hour late no proper answer for delay.
