Bus went away without picking me @11 pm[I was at the specified Bus Stop early@10:45 pm], there was no pick-man number in the message. I did called multiple times to the initial helpline landline number, but their response was also inadequate[provided a pick-man number that was in switch-off mode]. By the time they got the exact status of the Bus it crossed Thane. It was a big communication gap. I did receive the refund in Cash.
Do consider this as a very bad experience of redBus from my perspective. Kindly avoid this situations -- I'm really disappointed by it.
