Good and I feel no strain. Good sms alert

bus came very late and instead of 11.00 pm it reached 2.15 am at Vapi. and reached 7 am out skirts of Mumbai. forced to get down at Mumbai to catch a flight to Hyderabad. total waste of sleep journey and triple money for journey.

Bus reached 4 hours late. When enquired about reason, staff behave very badly. I hope, I will never require again to travel through it. Since, only travels available on this route, it seems they think they are GOD.

Travel time is very long.and the is very late it is taking vvery long time to reach, the destination

Is not punctual. 2 Hrs delay was informed from the office. But it was not met & further 1 Hr delay. Tried by co passenger to check whereabouts, but phone was not attended. On asking the same when it reached, he received adverse answer. Stopped for break fast at a normal hotel near Pune with abnormal prices.

            good sir.

Very poor in case of punctuality and to add on that the behaviour of staff is seriously woworst. Its an alarm for the travel agency that it might lose its grip over customers because of these two factors.

While travelling from Vapi To Hyderabad, this bus has never been on time. Suggest to revise the timing to reach Hyderabad.
