With reference to the below listed booked tickets. I have reached the board point well before and had telephonic presence with the travel agent. He told that the bus will reach 15 minutes late to the point. After 15 minutes it was reported by the agent that the bus left the point and he was very arogent. He told that you have booked online ticket and we have nothing with redbus. Is it means we dnt have to book ticket through redbus.It took 700 for me to catch the bus 18 km away from the point. I request you to take up the matter with operator and recover Rs. 700 which was due to ignorance of the agent.
If the matter is not resolved in due time i will file FIR against the bus operator. Further please advise the operators which are under your service tontake care the customers who doing their booking through online.
