Bus was carrying lot of parcel inside the bus....this will make delay the travel time due to loading unloading.
Driver did a very rash driving which is very to difficult for ppl in sleeper bus..sleeper bus driving shud be very smoothly
Travelled twice in last week. They stop in some jungles where there are no restrooms . if you enquire the bus staff , no proper response . ladies should never travel in sugama . I will never travel in sugama again.
Negatives: didnt receive contact number immediately when i made the booking.( while sugama provided a contact number immediately). There were no pillows provided in the sleeper. Positives: bus was well maintained, less noise on bad roads, the electrical points seemed functional, provides gps tracking option which is good. Sent sms with details of bus vehicle number and contact number few mins before start of trip. If these details can be sent sooner, itll be better. Staff calls out the destination place multiple times which is audible to everyone, so that no one misses the stop.
