This was my first experience travelling by Raja Travels sleeper bus. It was a safe journey as me and my sister, 2 females were traveling.

Not good. Bcoz they not provide blankets and even no curtains at window. No charging point. First time its happen with me. In short Very bad experience w

3rd class bus service. Bus drivers allowed customers who didn't had reserveration for Rs.300 / Customer on the way. And when we arrived on the bus - someone else was seating on our seats and then they argued with us saying the bus driver allocated them the seat and hence they refused to vacat even when we had reservation. The bus driver & staff took 15 more ppl on the way and had them sleep on the bus path way (where we walk between the seats) for 300rs. I bet the BUS MANAGEMENT OFFICE doesn't even know that their BUS STAFF takes extra 15 customers on the way for 300 rs. which goes into the pockets of bus drivers & staff. 3rd class service wont even travel again with this bus ever.

I was expecting a Volvo bus type but actual it was ordinary bus, quite unfortable and back pain occured after travel. AC was not operation till Solapur bus station. Lot of dust lying on the railing of door of every cabin. Thanks, R. Santosh
