This is not the first time the REDBUS management has been warned against the hopeless bus operation & customer service rendered by UNIVERSAL TRAVELS. But, it is now confirmed that no corrective action taken from either end of REDBUS or Universal on the complaint lodged earlier on the same issue.
This time also the passenger with a sleeper booking was informed that the facility will be provided at Nagercoil where a change of bus is arranged by them. Again after shift to another bus from Nagercoil with sleeper facility, the passenger was asked to shift to yet another bus in the mid-sleep at odd hours after leaving Neyyveli without any sleeper facility. Naturally, there was unjustified delay on arrival at Pondicherry.
Either, redbus has to remove Universal Travels from their panel of Bus operators for poor service or Universal Travel has to take appropriate corrective & preventive action to avoid repeating this sort of poor service to the passengers booking through Redbus under proper intimation to this passenger within ONE WEEK time. Otherwise, legal action against the bus operators (Both Redbus & Universal) will be initiated to recover compensation to the damage caused by them.
