Travel Experience : I have boarded the bus from Infosys TVM to Kollam. This bus used to travel through Kadappakkada (my place) and they could have dropped me there. I have asked the driver while entering itself and later on asked the same to the staff also. As per them they used to take another route and they could drop me only near railway station. So I had to get down near railway station. My seat was B4 and when the bus reached near kollam (kottiyam) another family boarded the bus and claimed that they have booked B3 and B4. One of the staff asked me to get up and take another seat with all my lugggages which I didn't feel a good as I am occupying the seat which I booked for. However after verifying the ticket again another staff confirmed that I can stay in my seat till my place. Bus Quality: There seems to be real bad smell inside the bus which made feel like using a public railway transportation. Should really look into hygiene. I believe curtain holders are supposed to be used for hanging curtains and not for hanging sweaty shirts of staff. Ambience : There was really noisy Tamil movie playing inside the bus. I am not sure if this is a normal practice to put movies in very loud voice in all the buses like this. If that's the case, I am fine. Else I would recommend to reduce the sound of such movies which is only watched by the staff ,looks like they have been watching it from beginning of the journey. I think entertainment portion is only for the staff :-) Bus timing : It was supposed to be reached at Infosys at 4:40 and reporting tim e was given at 4:25. I reached there by 4:25 but the bus reached by 4:57 only. I understand it is due to the heavy traffic on frdiday evening, in that case I think reporting time should have been removed. Overall Rating : 3/10 P.S: I would really like to ask them to use at least some air freshener inside the bus it really stinks a lot.Changing that only will count a LOT.
