Trip started at 1900 hrs instead of 1730 hrs. Volvo A/C Multi Axle Sleeper was provided only inbetween Nagarkoil and Madurai. Journey was unforgiving as we had to shift bus two times. Ticket charge need to be reimbursed as only two semi sleeper seats were allotted for three sleeper class tickets for 02 hrs which was later changed to one sleeper berth and two semi sleeper seats for half the journey. The amount which is to be reimbursed be used for the welfare of staff.

In the Trivandrum-Velankanni route not much private buses are operating leading to the monopoly of one service provider which in turn enabling them boldly to provide POOR SERVICE

Though I booked for traveling from Trivandrum on 27-01-2015, I had to board the bus from Nagarcovil (75 kms away) as the pairing bus did not arrive at Trivandrum. I had to take a train from Trivandrum to Nagarcovil and an autorickshaw from Nagarcovil Railway Station to Vadaseery the boarding point in that town. This resulted in extra expenditure and effort. Kindly refund me the difference in fare for shorter travel. It is about Rs 160/- Also at destination the bus reached at about 4.30 ie about 45 minutes behind schedule. While boarding at Nagacoil, I had requested the driver and helper to drop me at a highway side point closer to my home as it may not be safer to walk home due to stray dog menace which he agreed to. But enroute the driver was changed and the new driver was annoyed at my request and raised his voice saying this is not a local bus and stopped with reluctance. Halting for less than 10 secs ie too at an early hours is a courtesy. This is not the way to behave with customers. Please ensure that redBus ties-up with operators whose staff are courteous enough towards passengers. It is a service industry, they should not be behaving like govt office staff.

Not allotted berth from Trivandrun to Nagercoil, allotted seat only. They charged same ticket cost as puducherry to Trivandrum. Becos of late arrival, i need to go upto Cuddalore at that time urgently, but i paid extra Rs.200/-.

Your overall system performance is very poor. Yesterday (12.11.2014) the A/c bus service from Trivandrum to Karaikal by 5.30 pm was cancelled without prior intimation. Till next day (13.11.2013) noon your team made any alternate arrangement. Now your team asking for rating of journey performed yesterday. How you are expecting an answer from our side. Are your net work not in a position to identify the service cancellation even after one day? Really sorry to say that, your overall system is very very poor.
