Though I booked for traveling from Trivandrum on 27-01-2015, I had to board the bus from Nagarcovil (75 kms away) as the pairing bus did not arrive at Trivandrum. I had to take a train from Trivandrum to Nagarcovil and an autorickshaw from Nagarcovil Railway Station to Vadaseery the boarding point in that town. This resulted in extra expenditure and effort.
Kindly refund me the difference in fare for shorter travel. It is about Rs 160/-
Also at destination the bus reached at about 4.30 ie about 45 minutes behind schedule. While boarding at Nagacoil, I had requested the driver and helper to drop me at a highway side point closer to my home as it may not be safer to walk home due to stray dog menace which he agreed to. But enroute the driver was changed and the new driver was annoyed at my request and raised his voice saying this is not a local bus and stopped with reluctance. Halting for less than 10 secs ie too at an early hours is a courtesy. This is not the way to behave with customers. Please ensure that redBus ties-up with operators whose staff are courteous enough towards passengers. It is a service industry, they should not be behaving like govt office staff.
