semisleeper was provided by Polimer travels upto nagerkoil when booking was made for sleeper Volvo the journey was from trivandrum to chennai.. this was fairly an exploitation.
KPN travels should think of employing more customer friendly assistants in the bus. The guy in my bus was not at all answering to the queries.
Good journey.. Better than sleeper class experience in the same bus!!
KSBC have made us board a different(local) bus(Bus Name : Ashoka), which they have arranged as additional service. All those who booked through red bus were made to board this local bus and those who booked through other modes were given the actual KSBC Volvo bus. Red bus tickets were treated badly & we reached Chennai only by 12:00 noon. It was supposed to reach Chennai by 6:00 a.m. In total, KSBC bus experience was horrible, very bad.
