Bus reached boarding at Chakka Bypass about 40 mins late. But otherwise, the travel was comfortable and the staff answered by questions about dropping points and stops politely. Also the charging outlets were not working.
I travelled from Trivandrum to Bangalore on 18th March. It was nice and relaxing overnight travel for me, other than the bus reached to Bangalore half n hour late.
This journey was the worst and unfortunate...the bus had broken down at Trivandrum (2 hrs in evening) and then at Ernakulam (3hrs at midnight) for same issue...the situation got really out of control by 11pm where in the bus staff fled the bus as all the passengers got violent and we all were stranded without water or any other travel option at all....at 1pm we had to take help from Police to get the owner of the travels to get a solution (a bus to Palakkad and another bus to Bangalore)...me and another passenger was involved handling things with police and the owner (since no others are ready to take any risk) to get all things and my mobile battery ran out..the bus reached after 9.15 at Bangalore, whereas all the passengers including me had opted for this bus since this bus was the earliest option among all train/bus to Bangalore...an andhra family had missed their connecting bus to hyd....3 Foreigners missed their train to humpy at 8.30..a family had an appearing in the court at 9...many working class travellers including me missed the office and important meetings...due to the suffocating 7 hrs in the enclosed bus without any openable window or working AC , and deprived sleep and food &water throughout the journey i was physically exhausted.... the unfortunate turn of events which were out of my control resulted me missing out many important official meetings and occasions..shame on you Mr.Sanith the irresponsible cowardly owner of Kerala lines
1. Leg room as too small.. 2.I had a bad night in the bus... someone at the back seat was snoring at high pitch... i think u must supply ear plugs for travellers.
