Bus seats were comfortable and it was clean. They should try to improve on punctuality
I had chosen to travel on this bus for it was scheduled to arrive at 6 am and I had a meeting shortly after my arrival. The bus was 2.5 hours late, which totally messed up my appointment. The staff were not even apologetic about the delay, and actually seemed clueless about the time. Considering that the average time for a bus journey from Trivandrum to Bangalore is 12 hrs, I feel that Kallada deliberately misled us.
bus when booked showed that it have mobile charging, Movies will be played and water will be given. Other than the bed sheet nothing was there. when i asked for the movie, as the bus started by 7 pm, it was really boring with out some entertainment, the crew replied that the port is used for drivers mobile charging and movie was not put even though there was provision for that. Mobile charging point was also not there.
No movie was played.
