very rash driving to make up for late arrival. Bus arrived 1 hr late. for some reason he was standing at trichy for an hour !!!!
Bus was late in Trichy for 1hour, but reached Coimbatore on time. Good but not the best bus experience.
When the operator dont have their own office and give some other travel agent name, the operator should have informed the local agent about the passenger details and should have atleast left some basic information about the timing of the bus or status of the bus. Utter waste ! The person who contacted us and informed us that the Volvo is breakdown and only non AC bus will be operating, he did not have the fare details of how much will be the refund. Finally they paid back 200Rs as difference. This trip of using this operation was a hell.
Quality of the bus is very worst. There is no window glass in the bus, seats are very dirty
