For the travel with ticket number TH8F67332967 . I made a booking for my sister from Thrissur - Bangalore in Golden Pearl Travels Scania Bus. Soon as she boarded the bus from mannuthy at thrissur, they told the bus has some engine complaint and could not be taken forward. They made all the passengers wait for 2 hours and somehow they arranged a Kallada volvo (which was a totally crap bus with back suspension problem and i had hashed out the issue with this bus before in your complaint ticket #RB-2172015-231871 ) In this travel, as they passed palakkad and on a speedbreaker, there happend hugh jerking and passengers at back seat were thrown out of seat. A lady passenger was needed to taken to hospital as she had some back ache after that and there wasted 2 hours again. My sister couldn't sleep and she had to take a day leave as the bus reached in bangalore at 10am.
In my previous complaint (ref :#RB-2172015-231871) it was mentioned that they could not make a refund as the travel is completed. To be clear, to complete the travel is not the issue here. if we would have chosen a normal State transport bus with a fare much lower than these, also means the travel would be completed. If we are booking for a luxury bus, then it means the travel experience should be in such a manner. But in this case, it was much worser than a state transport bus. This kallada bus seriously has some back suspension problem and should be bounded from road or should get it repaired.
Its such a pathetic experience as this is happening for me the second time. Please take necessary actions for getting at least a refund for this horrible experience. please don't respond with a conclusion that the travel is completed and hence cannot make a refund as it happened for my previous case if you truly care for your customer satisfaction. To be frank, i'm totaly dissatisfied with this experience.
