I was charged Rs. 1900/- against average multi axle class rate of 850/-. Travel scheduled as Tirupur to hosur, but boarding point in ticket was avinashi which is 14km away for boarding time at 1:00 am. Bus arrived at 2:30 am and no one bothered to even notify on delay. I was asked to come to highway at 2:30 am which is 1km away from boarding point just for convenience of bus to continue journey in highway. I was waiting on highway for 2 hrs looking for every scannia to be my bus to board. Staff behaviour was absolutely not responsible. Is this really customer centric approach for human logistics or purely an approach to make money out of exploitation thru ignorance.
