I have shared photo of the bus attender to Orange travel customer service ; I had horrible experience due to his arrogency. Having this kind of people, it is enough to get the bad name to your service. I always consider yours is premium service where I am ready to spend more. He had not showed his patience untill I show ticket in laptop. He was arguing with me saying that he didn't get any confirmation from redbus where he would not allow me to travel. Driver & this fellow together forced me to alight at middle of the road. I refused and started fighting where co-passengers supported me, mean while update came from redbus. Then they kept quiet and he didn't show courtesy to apology. I showed confirmation which I received in mobile but he seams to be illiterate to read. Also lot of luggage bags kept in the path way where it was trouble some to walk through. Most of the passengers requested to keep the luggage in luggage box but attender refused.
