I has experienced a very bad time punctuality .the bus is 2:30 minutes late.
This is my worst experience ever in private travels by booking thru REDBUS....very worst services.. not even informed the delay also and surprisingly they have not even answered the phone (attender given in ticket)..pathetic situation
Reception staff at Kesineni Travels at udayee international is very rude and harsh. Even they dont behave properly with lady passengers.
it is indicated that the bus will reach at 11.59pm at vijayawada but it reached at 01.30 am midnight and caused trouble.
