Customer Reviews

Madurai to thirupathi cut journey is hardship. Ease ourself is too hard.

Bus was cancelled and I was not informed. Got to know just before the trip.Booked from Tirupati but alternate was arranged from Vellore after many requests.

renugambal travels starts on time, but reaches the destination very late...!! staff beviour also not Gud. rest is nt bad

Ensure punctuality, avoid changing buses, improve general cleanliness, avoid rash drive...

Best service in punctual and operations. Very good bus.

cleaner not stopped bus for bio break in emergency condition

Really a worst Experience on Renugambal travels...they urge us to start board at 7pm...they also don't stop for Dinner...rather they stop at every small town to take tickets for the next town....( trichy to madurai)...the bus stinks...over crowded...passengers used to stand & travel those who are taken during connecting towns... The staffs are Filthy Barbarians...who don't have a piece of respect towards the passengers... For this F***n travel...they charge Rs 950...Overall Renugambal Travels SUCKS....!!!

We did not travel the entire journey by Volvo. We are dissatisfied with the service.. bus reached late by one hour..

nice journey was very peace ful I'm fully satisfied with this bus if any one want to go to madurai try this travels as t

Danasri travels who is the agent for Sri Renugambal travels in tirupathi behaves like hench men. They extracts rs20 extra per ticket. Though actual departure time is 8.15 pm bus left tirupathi only about 9.45 pm. Push back in seat number

I have traveled in Renugambal bus service from Tirupati to Madurai. On the way they have changed the bus from multi axle volvo to normal volvo bus with very bad quality seat and was smelling very bad inside the bus. I will never recommend to travel through this bus!!

On that day the bus driver behavior was very bad. He increased the sound of TV very high volume, all passengers came out & begged him to reduce the sound, but the driver was not hearing. He also switched off the A/C. One aged lady passenger was requesting to stop the bus to pass urinal, the driver was shouting at her. All passengers came out to stop the bus. I think the driver was on drunken stage.

Direct Bus was not available. Made a change at Vellore. Reached late at Madurai. Not very good or not bad as over all.

Bus was good & on time. But they did not stop anywhere for dinner & left us fasting for whole night. They also did not stop at places where ladies toilets were available. So for 10.30 hrs we were with no uus the

bus is good, but of the bus was 2 hours late always. take care of that

loaded our luggage has been done by us only (entered the bottom of the luggage cabin). the bus attender just watching us for the same.

We are very much thankful to redBus, your services are valuble for all of us.

I has booked a sleeper but we got seat instead of sleeper coach, after a journey of about 100Kms they had changed the bus and then we got sleeper coach.I had contacted concerned travels but no one was picking the call.

We had booked tickets from Tirupati to Maduari by Sri Renugambal Travels With departure at 7.00 PM. However we were accommodated in an unknown bus at 8.00 PM and taken to Vellore. We were then shifted to Sri Renugambal Travel bus at 11.00 PM. We had booked berths U5 and U6. we were badly inconvenienced by the chill water leaking from the AC machine. After suffering for over two hours, on complaint, we were given alternative berths. The AC Vent levers were not in working condition. Since there was no temperature control it was terribly chill inside the bus. All night I could not sleep. Finally the the bus reached the destination 75 minutes behind schedule. It was a horrible journey. I will never book ticket by this bus in future.

Staff behavior is so good but punctuality is so worst

Air Conditioner not worked. Driving over speed. Only one Driver. Its not Safety for Passenger. My Expectation not satisfied.

Red bus should evaluate buses/travel agencies before providing the facility for online ticketing. The worst bus i have traveled one. i have never experienced such ugly buses as far as quality of bus interiors concerned.

worst experience..intentionally turnoff AC and telling some nonsense reasons

Yes it was quite good and pleasant
