While booking I selected drop point as Airport but when the bus reached Chennai then driver told me that bus will not go to airport, Coimbatore is the last stop of Chennai .I told him that I booked ticket byRedbus and I selected drop point Airport but nothing happened then I picked up a taxi which cost me 400 rs to Chennai Airport. Very bad experience and difficult to book next time through RedBus.

Traveling time is less than expected . it's amazing
we opted for a drop point in chennai at airport while booking the ticket. at 11.45 in the night the bus staff asked us to get down at koyembedu saying that the bus will wait take another one hour to start from there and they started making money with new passengers travelling to south tamilnadu. worst service
Good but punctuality is missing
the bus was about to start at 9 but they started at around 10. as this is a government bus, staff behaviour is as usual.
Ac is stopping in between.. Lot of noise in bus.. Very inconvenient...
Need some more improvements for bus cleanliness etc
Excellent journey in every respect
Only drawback - Light near bed was not working
They dropped me at a stop 17km away from the original dropping point and informed that it is redbus's mistake that they gave a wrong dropping point
Bus is awesome......
Good maintainance and Heavy speed..... But in time Dropping the destination........
Delay by one hour and fifteen minutes could have been avoided.

Great service by red bus, the air conditioning can be better in the bus though.
The seats were damaged. There was a very unseating smell through our the bus. The bus started quid late too, around half an hour after the supposed departure time.
driver behaviour is bad
I did not travel by this bus. Instead, when I realized that I can get an airconditioned bus, I opted for that one.

Bus came 1hour late, driver or conductor number is not given in msg, no concern person for communication. 1 hour, I were behind the customer service for contact number but not found.
It's waste to write review also such a worse experience....
If the bus comes to 4am instead of 3am who is responsible?
Even 5 times we call no response from the bus contact
The bus started a bit late and took 1:30 hours more than the declared arrival in Chennai. I had a flight to catch and you can well imagine the stress I went through. Please mention correct time of trVel
Seats are good but There is alot of dust on it
while I was getting into the bus.
Cheap and Best...you can't expect more for this fare amount. Keep it up..
No AC flow in entire journey. Others all good.
Air condition never worked until it becomes 6pm until we reach destination
Ac temperature not maintained many passages got suffed

Overall good journey, but bus started half an hour late at starting location and reached 50 minutes late than actual departure time.
considering a short journey of 3 hours, close to one hour delay in high end service is not acceptable.
A good comfortable ride. however TV was not working.
I am from Chennai. I just loved this bus. Travelled from bangalore to Tirupati yesterday morning in APSRTC Amaravati service , reached 25 minutes earlier than scheduled time. Even today's journey from Tirupati to Chennai in Volvo 9400r b9r went smooth. APSRTC maintain its Volvo fleet very nicely. Decided to travel only in APSRTC from now on.

Pl keep up the departure timings.
The bus was so conjested to seat. Also,it was 15 minutes late for departure. The mobile number of driver was switched off. Even, the bus was so much dirty. APSRTC should learn something from MSRTC abt cleanliness

Sitting at the foothills of the Eastern Ghats, Tirupati is home of the highly revered Venkateswara Swamy Temple dedicated to Lord Venkateswara. Tirupati is the destination to head for, if you seek to purify your soul and forge a connection with God himself. Besides the Venkateswara Swamy Temple there are plenty of other temples that form the local attractions of the region.
