my wife and my self were standing in the boarding point (tirumangalam) from 9.00 pm for 9.15 bus (to Bangalore), till 9.45 pm, no bus arrived. We seen one SRS bus around 9.50 pm and bus stopped and run fast then we could not able catch that bus. Then I made a call to boarding point related customer care number 04524506447 but not proper response, he given some driver number but no one picked the phone. Then tried to catch that bus by auto but we could not able catch, however we went 4km away.
Then one phone call came from SRS and they told that bus came to tirumangalam, then again we came back to bus stand and caught the bus around 10.00 pm.
1. we are aged people, why SRS people are not responding properly. We struggled lot .
2.No routing display board (destination) available in bus.
3. Prior intimation is not given to us at least your bus co-driver can telephonic information can give early to prior bus stop .
4. No bus stop indication
5. No sitting and boarding arrangement.
Please take a necessary action at the earliest .
