Very worst . they picked 1 hr late ,pickup point also changed . they droped in Kerala border .
We insist the drive to drop in gandhipuram but he forget , he dropped us in Kerala border
As per ticket the pick up point was under bridge in tindivanam. When I spoke to the driver, he asked me to come and wait near Arya's hotel which is 2 km away from under bridge. The behaviour of staff is very rude.

The bus broke down in the middle 20 kms before reaching coimbatore and were waiting for one hour still no spare bus came. My brother has to get a taxi from coimbatore to take us back. No partial refund or apologies.
