They made all the passengers to shift from the current bus to another bus, it was too difficult to change it in the mid of the travel with luggage and kids.
Alappat travels(reporting place) is not ready to help the online customers. Even they are not ready to provide waiting room for children/ aged people
Bus didnt start as per the timings..instead of 11pm.. They started the bus by 11.45only..but ve reached madurai by time as we were told??
I booked my ticket by SPS travels in AC Sleeper for four persons. The Bus which was schedule to arrive at 11.00 PM was arrived at 12.45 PM only. Alappat travels near the Thriussur Railway station was the boarding point. However the person on duty in the above office refused to allow us even to sit in his office in the stools meant for travelling public by stating that we have not booked tickets at his office. Any travels while allowing passengers for boarding at a different city/town should arrange for some place for the passengers to wait. This is required more in Kerala state where the shoppers and every body are closing their shops before 9 PM
