The bus was really delayed.. and didn't have pick up or drop points in the city instead outside in the bypass road. What normal would take 3 hrs took 5 hrs in ur bis. Sorry. Not good
Pathetic time management. Absolutely no concern for passengers. Half the passengers were offloaded at Vaalayar check post, only to be transported to Coimbatore in a shoddy van with ill-mannered staff. Most of them were families with small children and women travelling alone. This is disgusting.
excellent!! bus was not punctual but it was good quality!
i reached 5.55pm at thrissur. then they took us to mannuthy in an auto, but i have to paid auto driver 130 rupees.actually the office should have been paid the auto charge. so i need to get beck the auto charge 130 to my wallet, otherwise i will not choose next time your services. 9.30 pm was the droping pont time, but we reached there at 10.30 pm
Was not at all on time delayed it for 1 hr if it is late the people are supposed to give correct info not a wrong info
My traveling was good. but i didn't get my ticket in mail. i got the ticket when i was reached my destination after 1 hour.So next time it mustn't happen, otherwise i will choose other way.
Extremely poor experience by Alhind travels. My 3.15 hours journey took 4.30 hours due to the delay of pickup van.

The bus was 30min late. also we were asked to wait in the middle of the highway and struggled to find the boarding point. i had with wait in the middle of the highway with my wife and 5yr old daughter. had a tough time to get in to the bus. the bus reached 1hr late at Coimbatore. also they stopped in the highway and arranged an omni van to get to the city and they charged Rs.100 for that also.

I am extremely unhappy with the service of Kallada Travels in which my mother travelled yesterday. She was told that they will depart her in Gandhipuram in Coimbatore and they took other route and asked her to get down in bypass road and arranged a cab for her alone. She was extremely frightened to travel alone without knowing the area and language. The driver of Kallada travels should atleast be vigilant while dropping her alone during night time. Hope redbus will take necessary actions to avoid these kind of incidents
Really good service and everything was as scheduled.
Cleanliness needs to improve in the interior line . Lot of insects seen .
They didn't stop at the stop.stopped nearly about 7kms where I had to travel back alone at night
The bus got cancelled since it was a national strike day. However they didn't inform me this information in prior. When I had called to confirm whether bus would be available, on the previous day, it was told to me that bu would run normal.
The bus arrived late at Thrissur, but there was no intimation from the operator. Then after dropping on the outskirts of Coimbatore, we were picked up by a pick van, that was non ac, after almost 50 minutes of travelling in we reached gandhipiram.
The bus arrived 1 hour late. And a journey that should take ideally 2.5 hours, totally took 5 hours. The bus stopped en route for so many things.
Absence of professionalism
No Drinking Water Provided
the bus was late by 2hrs 45 mins and the staff were also very rude on enquiring about the timing of the bus. i would seriously re-thnk about travelling again with Kallada travels.
My experience was extremely bad! The driver was very very rude. This bus made me travel from 10:30 AM to 3 PM from thrissur to coimbatore..when usually it just takes 2 and a half hours to max 3 hours. And to all the first time travelers, this bus is a volvo multi axle only till the outskirts of coimbatore. We would be told to switch to a very worn out mini van to enter coimbatore and the bus driver was a nasty person who was yelling and shouting at a lady passenger who was traveling alone and asking for help to get down at a point which was along the bus route.

The Bus does not leave you at coimbatore. It will drop you at some place near coimbatore and another normal bus will be arranged to tak you to coimbatore.
