      They didn't stop at the pickup station. I made several phone calls enquiring about whether they would stop at my boarding point,and all the reply were positive In the end i had to catch a taxi and travel 50 kms to get to them.

      I selected the pickup point at uloor. The bus didn't stop at this point and just flies by. When called and enquired upon the same, the staff said they didn't see me there. The staff are absolutely irresponsible. I had to travel alltravel
