Customer Reviews

Bus was late by almost 1 hour on arrival, my travel was till Mysore. As it is further going to Bangalore, I believe punctuality to be maintained better. The air conditioner was too strong, second experience in this route (once travelled Mys to Thiruvananthapuram). I am a regular traveller in AC Volvo buses of other travels as well as KSRTC, never felt so cold, temperature to be controlled for comfort.

To reach Mysore from Trivandrum, we were changed to almost three different buses, waking us up all the time. Leg space is too less. Would not recommend to anybody.

Bus was stinking. Recliners not working properly. No amenities provided except stinking blanket.

Decent journey. Got me from A to B. However, I would not recommend this for tall guys like me. Lack of leg space can seriously hamper your comfort and sleep.

The hospitality is very poor. The bus moves in high speed that it got in accident once, where the front glass was completely shattered.

very bad bus condition as well as the speed. $ hour late is not at all aceptable in any condition
