very bad staff behaviour. they talk so rudely. i sincerely rquest you to pass on this information to the concerned people. i was on time at the venue at 3.45 pm but they were not sure which bus was going to be used for the mangalore journey? so it ws okay. but when i asked the supervisor guy, the tone of his communication was so rude. and even the driver and conductor wre so downright crass. the bus stopped at one of the pertol stations to full the fuel and i just got down to go to the toilet. for which the driver started shouting so badly. truly bad behaviur

No leg space at all. had a cramp all night! I request red bus authorities to have a complaint option on their website and not keep the site just for gains. Hope you have a complaint option in ur site from now on beside the booking option.
