Ac was not working and when passengers complied about this staffs responded very badly.
Bus delayed due to some problems in the turbo valve and passengers has to wait for 2 hours.
Very bad bus condition. Starting delay by one hour.
On the way breakdown.
Alternate arrangement took 2and half hour
Total delay on the destination was 4 hour
It's spoiled my whole programs
I could not attend the marriage function due to this delay
Our bus was supposed to start @ 6 pm.. we came 5 mins late & got lot of rude talk in between saying they'l start without us.. later the bus had some technical problem & finally they arranged a new bus around 8 pm.. even then the bus was leaking water in d corner seat since it was raining outside.. very bad experience..
If u provide a bedsheets and a water bottle.. Also stop somewhere to have dinner... It will be the best then.
rash driving in ghat passes. Staffs looking for extra money.
The bus stopped at Alappuzha for dinner at a poor quality restaurant. We could see the boards of a better looking restaurant a 100 yards away. This place where we stopped must a place where the drivers/kallada has a deal. They did not have clean toilets. It was embarrassing for me as an Indian to see the plight of foreigners including ladies with the facilities there.

Staff were very cordial and helpful. Missed seat belts (present in at least one other bus service), but bus was in very good repair. Plush, comfortable seats. More than 30 minutes late- and I got off 10 kms earlier than my scheduled destination!
Thiruvananthapuram formerly known as Trivandrum is a magical holiday destination. Blessed with rich natural Thiruvananthapuram is the capital city of Kerala and also one of the most popular destinations of the region. The rich beauty of the region also led Mahatma Gandhi to give the region its adage ‘the Evergreen City of India’. Being a historic city Thiruvananthapuram is dotted with several monuments and museums, like the East Fort, the Ramanayar Palace Museum, various beaches and much more. Thiruvananthapuram can be pretty sultry during the summers and as such the best season to visit the region is during the winters. Also when you are in the city do not forget to pack on local specialties like handicrafts, paper crafts, local textiles and much more.
