This is the third trip I am making in the same bud in a month. All three times the AC never worked. They kept it like a deep freezer through the 22 hr jouney!!! They said there the climate control is under maintenance and they have no Tim to fix it.

      27-Jun-2016

      16-Feb-2016

Bus start by 1 O'Clock not stop for lunch break at 2.30PM. This bus had tie up with hotel Ariyas outskirts of Nagarcoil.staff were take parcel from their & most of the time the bus reached the hotel by 3.30PM.Passengers were feel so hungry still the bus will not stop for 25 Minutes. This bus were stop more than 20 Minutes at Madurai at 7.00PM for the pick up van from Madurai & that also not near to a hotel for getting a cup of tea. I suggest for stop the vehicle for 25 minutes by 2.30 at hotel near to Nagarcoil and avoid the time for waiting for the pickup van at Madurai.

Behaviour of staff needs to improve. They don't respond if any query asked.

      08-Jan-2016

The journey is long and there was no mineral water for the passengers. When inquired the staff (KPN) reported that they do not carry mineral water. The cost of the journey was Rs. 2100/-. I am sure you will take my suggestion and keep mineral water in the bus.

      29-Dec-2015

The Bus came late for pickup. If this was known we could have finished our lunch. The next stop we got was at 10.30 PM for dinner. In between a brief stop was given to go to toilet. The luggage could have been arranged destination wise to avoid damage to suitcases and might have helped wastage of time trying to locate the luggage. The condition of the Bus is good.

      26-Oct-2015

Since they stopped the bus for dinner where they dont allow me to had my food which I carried and infacet it seems that the place was great benefit to the Bus crew!!! It should not allow, moreover putting the travelers in trouble and bud crew are priced by the hotels where they stop, is that they paid for and we paid ??
