      Pleasant journey.Prompt timings

the journey was fine. The quality of bus requires improvement.

Ridiculous on maintaining of timing - The bus which was suppose to come by 4.15 - coming to pick me only by 5.15 - and timing given in website was arrival time at Eranakulam was 9.30PM - But i reached around 11.30PM - Really worst with this Kallada Travels.

if u have hours of time to waste. choose this bus. stupid coordination! completely useless. no value for time!

Bus hot started at the correct time and also reached at the estimated time they had also stopped at a good restaurant in between for dinner.the condition of the bus was also decent

It took me almost 8 hours to reach ernakulam. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Very bad trip. But came late and it took 7 hours to reach Ernakulam. Was very slow and have to change the bus from Kollam

I slept off and no one bothered to wake me up

Seatbooking is a mess as dere is no option to select seat for ladies other than da ladies quota seats, can't book a seat next to a male occupied seat, towards da front rows, but once da bus started its not at all applicable from other boarding places n persons not opted online booking, its sheer hypocrisy...I had to adjust with a seat towards the back when I insisted for a window seat while booking online, even though window seat was available in the front, but next to a man.... Are we all living in 19th century??? Pathetic!!!

Bus quality was good. It was more than I expected. But bus was late by 1hour. Even the message containing bus details was not sent. I enquired many times about this, but they are not much interested in responding.

Diver stop is really bad. Food is really bad.

Very good experience . Very comfortable . I saw the poster of free wifi awailable but I can't get it . Plz inform the drivers to give a rough idea of facility available in the bus

Lot's of Cockroaches were found in the bus it were running on the seat, the driver was rude this is the second time the same driver purposely did not stop on the requested bus stop. apart from him rest all the drivers stop atleast nearby stop.

The bus timing was 4.10 pm and I waited till 5.15pm. Only at 5.15 pm, the bus came. There was too much confusions over the seat too. Kindly make sure that the seats don't conflict.

      My journey was good,that's all.

Driver was indecent and was showing attitude..they were punctual..cleaner was friendly

      1 n half hrs late

I am not at all satisfied as the staff is horrible and pathetic. Those assholes doesn't know how to deal with the passengers and their baggage. I had a verbal fight with one of the staffs. So i am not at all satisfied and never ever want to travel in kallada bus. Thank you.

The person picking up the phone talks really rude... I will never go for kallada again.. Airavat is better..

Booked 2 tickets to Ernakulam By-pass. We wanted to get down at Palarivattom By-pass Jn. But we were asked to get down at Vyttila (1 K M before Jn) by the person who was in charge of Vyttila Office in an insulting tone and note that the time was around 10 PM.Any how we were allowed to travel up to Palarivattom by-pass under the mercy of the staff.

Staff should be polite when asked about things like the destination , timing

Head rest position is awkward..especially for short people. Could improve neck support area while sleeping. All other aspects is excellent..

Staffs should behave properly. Several times I had bitter experience with kallada Staffs.

I was offered 10% discount in my next three travels. When I checked for my trip from Cochin to Trivandrum the fair was INR 400. After entering my offer code the fair changed to INR 450 and after discount it was INR 405.

The bus was very late, actually almost an hour due to which i had to change my plans. Really disappointing with the timing and rest was ok and RED bus rocks, even the representative who called up seemed very polite and helping.
