      Customer Reviews

bus was on time, it was nice and clean - overall a smooth experience ????

The travel was good. I had booked for non AC semi sleeper but it was shifted to AC semi sleeper/ sleeper. I waa informed about the change well in advance. I appreciate their effort in confirming my travel. I personally feel that the conductor or person in charge of the bus should ensure that the passengers maintain cleanliness within the bus. While i was travelling, a fellow passenger and his two kids made a complete mess at the entrance of the bus. Passengers shouldn't behave in such manner and the parents should ensure that their kids maintain a discipline. If the passenger is not maintaining the decorum, the travel agency should levy fine. This will ensure that it will not occur again.

      Bus quality is not satisfied

driver is very rude simply scolding the passengers

there is a charging port and night lamp available in the bus.but they are not working properly.

16-Feb-2017 was not cooling that much 2..gps tracking worked for initial 2-3 boarding point, aftr it didnt update fr an hour

Nice and comfort trip.staff behaviour is good.

especially the driver was excellent enjoyed the trip

The bus was not so good.It was noisy in side and shaky

Sleeper, upper berth, towards the back - very bad choice. Not a good place to travel overnight. Otherwise, good. Staff could be a bit more polite in informing passengers of a particular stop.

The bus missed my pickup. Had to chase after it till the next boarding point

The bus missed my pickup. Had to chase after it till the next boarding point

Extremely unhappy with Driver/Cleaners behavior to Public. The driver yells at passengers for no reason. Could learn to behave. A passenger boarded in Kochi by 1AM and he yells like "why are you rushing in, do u have sense? passengers will get down." The cleaner told him to come up and driver yells for getting in. Still whats the point in shouting? multiple instances he did so.

      Very poor .no punctuality

Worst travel experience, staffs were rude, bus stops everywhere and no punctuality also.

The staff members were discourteous and at times were disrespectful even, especially the driver.

One of the worst journey ever I had...staff behaviour is too damn bad......

don't book this bus its totally waste

They missed to stop at boarding points and i had to call there office. They asked to go in auto to catch the bus in next stopping. First time i am experiencing this as a frequent redbus customer.

Fine, Would recommend for who wish to travel from Trivandrum to Coimbatore

The bus good condition in look ,but it was too shaky literally I couldn't sleep...

Good Travel. Would recommend for weekly commuters from trivandrum to Coimbatore

      rash driving... unable to sleep

Bus timing and maintenance was just OK. Staff behaviour was not good

Bus travel was good overall except some minor jerks. May be due to bad shock absorbers.

Due to some loosen bolts in felt noise in bus and got poor experience. Bus reached Coimbatore 1hr before scheduled time.

100% panctual. But no water, no movies. Staff frequently asking ticket no#, though verified initially. No politeness.

      Bus condition is not proper

Except for frequent application of break by the driver the trip was very comfortable

On time. Driver maintained smooth drive

Seats (cushions+space) were not comfortable for a overnight journey. Didnt have a comfortable sleep

There is no stops between tiruvandapuram to coimbatore. Bus should be stopped for 5 minus to passengers convenience.

On that day raining time water come to inside of the bus .We are travel standing position .Kindly refund my ticket fare.

Bus is good. stops at so many places in midnight. rash driving on rough roads made back pain. staff comm should improve

very iritating journey, bus not stop at the boarding point. very irresponsible manangement. totally hate No 1 Travels

Ac did nt work... No chilling at all.. was sweating all time

Mosquito 's were filled in the bus apart from this everything was fine.

The bus journey was super cool..hope to have many more similar journeys.

      last journey was quite nice...

Ac was not working. staff behaviour was ridiculous like we have made something thing wrong. staffs were too rude as well

we have booked ticket for Trivandrum to coimbatore. from starting only we inform them that our destination is ukkadam and they didn't stop their bus at ukkadam. Driver and cleaner says that for reaching easy they avoid ukkadam. and the main thing almost passengers also want to get down at Ukkadam. if they are driving bus as per their wish, they can avoid taking money from us, or they inform us that they wont stop at ukkadam. they have cheated all the passengers.

bus quality us very poor.....please ensure the the quality of the bus

Bus Started half an our before schedule. We had to chase the bus, creating mental torture, pressure & tension.

Seat numbers were assigned wrongly. Due to Harthal we were asked to board the bus early but no proper update was given to the driver . There were lot of miss match messages passed between the passengers and the driver

Bus broke down at Cochin in midnight and was held up there for till morning . Reached Coimbatore 6 hours late at 11p.m

Keep Timings.. They took Around 11hours to reach Cbe from Trivandrum....

While other similar buses take 8 hours from Trivandrum to Coimbatore our bus took 10 hours 30 minutes starting from Trivandrum at 7.50 pm. After starting itself the bus waited for 30 minutes in Trivandrum and similarly time wasted in each and every stop. It was a nightmare since I could not sleep at all because of frequent intervention of the Bus Staff. Reached Coimbatore only at 6.30 am.

During journey a break has to be given for all passengers especially elders who wants to relieve themselves.

I was travelling in upper berth U6. The side glasses EDPM rubbers worn out. To much noicy during night and too much vibration. Whole night not slept.Bad maintainance.

long unnecessary halts... one hour late to reach destination.
