THAT DAY BUS WAS LATE BY 70 MINUTES AND NO ATTENDER WITH POOR RIDE QUALITY
Always late by about one hour 30 minutes. Standing on the road for about 2 hours with small children is really horrible. Why cant they change the timings accordingly?
The driver was so bad. I wanted to know when they arrive banglore so that i can be in the bus stop nd he was just too rude saying, u just got into the bus, go nd sit. It will reach in the morning.. All knows that the bus would reach in d morning. When a lady is travelling alone nd arriving as early as 5am in the morning, cant he just tell the time so that the reciever will be able to plan accordingly? Whe see
Bus started from thanjavur on time but stayed in Trichi for over an hour. Had subsequent long stops after that too. very discorteous staff who pick up quarrels and lack empathy towards late night travellers. We were told that the bus would stop for a quick dinner/ parcel but nothing of that sort happened and we had to come hungry back to Bangalore. Driver and staff did not care two hoots about our complaints and gave false assurances of stopping.
