        I had to get off at Thane, for which I was dropped at Godhbandar road, for which i had take an auto for which I paid Rs. 300/- This is the cost which is nearly half of the travel rate from baroda to Mumbai. Please suggest a better area where I can be dropped as i am a regular traveller from Mumabi to baroda and back. Baroda too they did not take the bus inside baroda, last time I was dropped on the by pass road for which i had t pay a big amt for the auto fare.


        not a great experience Ac was almost on fan mode.. no sockets for charging mobile not worth the money

        Worst journey ever of my life. To begin with, you send the wrong bus number and hence all the phone numbers I traced from that were useless. Secondly the person whom I contacted later provided assurance of being in the bus and later retracted from his statement when the bus got late and gave me another number. After making 25-35 calls, I could trace the bus and the number of driver. Horrible!!!!! To add to it, there was no curtain at the mirror. Glittering Street light could not let me sleep. I am attaching the list of phone calls. All the unknown numbers are of HK Travels as told by the receiver, you can check at you end. Please don't make a mess of anyone's journey like this. Few mistakes are acceptable but certainly not to this much an extent!. Bus Number given in SMS was GJ1DX0081 but the actual bus number was GJ1DX0082


        No Clarity on pick up point, redbus staff did not take any responsibility and did not guide where to go to get on the bus. Bus came 1 hour late and no communication on that, on top of that when talking to bus driver was keeping on hold for 15 minutes and was not giving correct time to pick up. Worst experience as was travelling with 2 kids and luggage.


        The bus quality was average with some unauthorized travelers sitting / sleeping in the aisle. The punctuality was also poor as the bus arrived at the pickup point 40 minutes after the stated time and reached destination almost after 2 hours of declared time. I was made to travel on a different seat than the seat booked on the website. Upon rising this issue with the on-board staff, their behavior was extremely rude and uncooperative. They forced me to travel on whatever seat they have allocated to me or else threatened to offload me on the deserted highway in the middle of the night. I didn't have any choice but to continue the tour. I will never ever travel by the same bus again.


        Bus was arrived late around 25 minutes at boarding point. When I entered in bus I was shocked to saw that someone already sleeping on my birth. When I asked to attendant to vacate my birth he was given some other option but I was in doubt that someone will come from other boarding point so it will be disturbing again. At last I boarded on another birth not on my allotted birth. Also it was very little space on birth and it was not comfortable. It was very bad experience.


        Bus was on time. Did not received a call unless I did, but was very satisfied when I got a call back from the driver confirming bus arrival. I was happy and journey was pleasant, I would recommend Royal Express travels


        Dear sir I must share my experience wt you. As per the SMS received to me the bus time for my travel to vadodara wt volvo multiaxcel sleeper coach was 11.20 pm and boardtng was at kalwa naka sagar travel I called sagar travels to know the location and gave him my details at around 9.30 pm. He gave me the landmark. I reached the place 10.50 pm against my boarding time 11.20pm hence I was in time.but when I asked the sagar travel person he said the bus is already left and after checking found that it is at vagbil. He asked me to take auto and go to majiwada I spend 70 to 80 rs. And went to majiwada where another bus which was clumbsy seating arrangement non ac. I went wt that they took me up to vasai hotel where the bus was standing and I could get into bus. When I asked the assistant and driver one of them was drunk in rough language he ask me to take seat. They did not gave me blanket. At one stop n morning when the bus stopped at place I got down to had T I left my belt of bata pure lather and my spectacular wt original fast rack case on my seat. When I came back my belt and my spectaculars was not there. I asked the assistant he again in very rough language answered that he don't know. I got down at vadodara and my journey end. Now my questions are Why the correct time was not send me by SMS When I called why the sagar travel person not gave me correct time. Why he did not arrange auto or vehicle and assist me as I was having luggage and need to crossed the road. Why the original bus driver/ assistant was drunk Why they did not gave me blanket Why CCTV was not installed in bus and used to find the thief. I lost my belonging wort 3400 and spend 70 rs for auto and lot of mental trauma and stress which I can't count in word. I hit my toe in process and need medical assistance for that.         Timing of departure was very bad I have to wait for more than 1.30 hrs for the bus at thane in night..bus departure time was 11.45 pm from thane & it was reached at 1.15 at thane just bcz of it I missed my meeting at Baroda very poor timing Punctuality..


        Though I have purchased ticket from Red Bus but my name was not there with bus attendants passenger list, if I would not have convince him I don't know what would have happened, bus details was not available in Red bus app


        Timing was perfectly as stated while booking.very cold though and the space was cramped.Although I am just 5'8", i could not stretch my legs...


        The pickup point was changed at the eleventh hour and I was to run around with my family and luggage to another location. Bus arrived at 0030 instead of 2200. The running staff kept on picking passengers every now and then for some amount which they pocketed and these passengers were lying in the passage. The journey was very very uncomfortable and disgusting.I would never travel by HK travels.


        Committed time was to reach Baroda at 5.45 am but bus reached at 9.30, this put me in shambles as I couldn't attend office at 8.30 am. I wouldn't prefer this service again. Late by an hour or two would have been acceptable, this was beyond my patience. But crew were not responsive, as well.


        H k travels is not at all responsible for its customer. Uncomfertable seats mad my journey terrible. No customer attendance at all. Will never prefer to travel with HK. No update for delayed from company.


        Interior Design of bus was very congested. Even the AC motors comes in the berth which leads to disturbances while we sleep. There is issue of water drop inside the bus leads to wetting the bad and difficult for sleep. We have paid high for comfort journey but I thing it was very wrong decision of mine. The logo of Neeta says NEETA TOWARDS THE WORLD CLASS, but I should say towards no class. Also the bus reached at destination was very late that to after one hour and fifteen minutes. It was rain that day n I m with my family standing on road side as there was no provision for seating, such a agent you have selected to upgrade your targets. So in totality I must say it was horrible journey with spending higher amount.


        Bus quality is good worth for a ticket fair. The bus was near about 1.30 hr. late. The bus driver may not pickup you from the boarding point you have call and asked which will be the boarding point.


        Journey was from thane to baroda. No halt for refreshment. Bus was almost 1 hour late. No guidance when destination comes. Bus dropped 10km away from the city where their was no auto. So overall it was bad experience. Hope my feedback helps u to make service better. What we found good was the bus quality and cleanliness.


        Rude and arrogant staff behaviour, shouting at the passenger. They dropped me much ahead of my usual destination at Baroda even after informing them causing me lot of inconvenience.


        The bus staff made me to run on the road when I went out for loo very early in morning, this is of great concern sfety issue to me. Bus staff was not supportive.


        It was an excellent Travel.


        The BUS came very late from the scheduled time plus the BUS conductor did not even call me once they reached my pick up location and left. I had to chase the bus n then board it. Some one else was sitting in my seat n the conductor was clueless. And I reached Baroda 3 hours late. The driver used brake frequently which disturbed my sleep many times.


        Bus not provide the bedcover to all pasangers. Bus stop for food at 12 o clock in a he night at worst food joint which execcivesly costly and testless.


        Bus was not on time; bus was late by 1:15 hr. Bus number was not as per SMS received by me.


        No charging point available.


        It was a nice experience.


        THANE TO BARODA: *Bus came 01:45 min. late. *For long distance there should at least 2 or 3 stop for relaxation means to urinate etc. BARODA TO THANE: *Bus came 01:15 Min. Late *No proper answer on line. *A person who was on phone was stubborn. *No proper guidance. *After first stop, second stop time gap was too long. *Not satisfied with bus staff.


        Neeta travels has changed bus with out informing us. I have booked Multiply Axel Semi sleeper bus ticket & when bus arrived it was sleeper coach bus. If travel agency can change the bus with out any information then what is the meaning of online advance booking. I have booked first seat in semi sleeper bus & when Neeta has changed bus then they have given me last sleeper seat of the bus where i had suffered because of bad road jurkings. You please tell me what is the use of online booking if it can be happening. I have decided not to book bus ticket from Neeta travels henceforth at any how & even there is no any other option available than Neeta but i will not book tickets of Neeta travels.


        I booked a Non AC bus, but the bus was cancelled and an AC bus was given. The sheets inside the bus were not clean and of course the bus was very late.







        It was a nice trip But bus person not dropped at desired station He dropped me at highway






        No Blanket, No Bed Sheet. Rest it ok.
