        Customer Reviews

        26-Jun-2016

I have not got the seat I have booked, they provided me a seat in the back side. When I asked about the reserved seat they said that’s are reserved for the travel agents not for online booking. Also the contact numbers updated in the ticket are not valid (one was not exists and the other one was switched off). The bus was reached the boarding point by 1hr late and I have no contact numbers for checking the arrival time. The bus staff are never called me for giving the update.
