          Customer Reviews

Clean bus, on time. A/C was working perfectly fine, comfortable bed and good staff.

Redbus is such an worst app. Customer point of view is booking a ticket which 2+1 semi sleeper a/c where as in reality that bus is the combination of sleeper and seater such a suffocation

For any bus, better you show the route in which it is going to travel from source to destination. For Example from Tenali to Hyderabad, the best route is Via Vijayawad. But the bus has traveled via Guntur. If this is know in advance we can choose the buses that travel in the routes that are comfortable to us. As I traveled in an AC Bus and when asked for a blanket, the staff simply said not enough blankets were there and they were very rude. Worst Journey that was... :(

The seats are very bad. they are not comfortable at all. the front guy is literally sleeping on my lap unable to move my leg even an inch. literally waited for the whole night for the destination

route between Ameerpet and Balanagar is not fixed.

Worst ever bus journey till date. Being a new travels, they are not aware of many things and no facilities at all.

They will change drop points according to their wish. Dont prefer this service. Bedsheet are not main good, unhygienic.

the bus got break down and it delayed the schedule. The conductor is so much money oriented and he took rs.70 for luggage in the trunk...horrible service and experience.

Bus was cancelled twice and the third time i had to go to a diff loc myself to board bus which was 40 kms apart in a short notice of less than 2 hours and in that bus i was provided a seat which did not have a Luggage tray due to which i had to be awake all night as i was carrying a mac book pro with other valuables, i informed redbus team the minute i was informed about bus cancellation, asked to provide alternate arrangement in other travel but they told me to cancel and re-book which is quiet pathetic. I also informed about the lugguage problem the executive told me that he will help in mins but nothing happened. However bustravel was fast and good. driver took about 3 hours for travel 270kms (vij to lakdikapul)

good but its going very slowly... today late by 45mins

worest travels fully rash draving bus was uncondition never travel in this travels

          a/c is not working properly.

Comfortable, quickly useful to reach the distination

great but the bus should strictly inform passengers bringing their child more than 5 yrs to opt for ticket

I am very happy to traveled Hyderabad in morning star travels bus ..

Not on time Driving is so bad... Honking honking honking No sleep whole night

Worst travels ever had , No safety at all . Once passenger gets in , no response from travel regarding bus information.

worst suspension... sleepless night worest expirence

After entered the city driving is too much rash.. . Expect that everything is fine. Bt rash driving causes to accidents. . So pls dnt do like that

Bus was not good.. but timings are well

Very bad travels there is no proper seating and staff is not responding properly and they are very rud towards female passengers

Worst bus i ever boarded...the seats are not good ...blankets are like washed a year before..smell very is leaking water..price too cancellation...staff behavioir is careless...ladies seats are also given to gents...worst bus service

As the bus was brake down and another bus had been arranged but the journey had started after 12 am

Real Comfort Journey and the Bus is well maintained. Regular updates from Morning Star Travels through Message and Calls from the in charge before 20 mins from the boarding point (Nice).

They took 100/- extra for the laguage of 10kgs... this was not fair on their part

It's really horrible because we people r paying more not even providing the water bottle..

The Bus arrived in time both during departure and arrival.Bus quality was fine. But we had to wait for almost an hour at Guntur(due to Pushkaram period passengers were brought from VIJ to GUNTUR).That can be understood. But the staff could have turned off the lights during the waiting period(11:00 PM to 12:30 AM) so that those already in the bus could have slept peacefully. The staff were not rude but at the same time do not seem to be customer conscious/caring.This needs to be improved. Otherwise it was a good journey.I would say good travels but not completely supported by the staff.

The book for which I actually booked was cancelled and asked me to adjust in another bus which was 1 hour before the actual one. Moreover they have informed me just an hour before the journey time and due to this I have faced some problems. Never want to face such worse situations

Rating is 0. Horrible experience.bus cancelled. Alloted last seats. Actually booked front seats. Timings is not proper. Bus
