The bus arrived late by 45 minutes at Suratkal. It reached at 10 am at Hyderabad, late by two hours. The berth was comfortable. I am skeptic whether the blanket was a used one provided without washing.

No discipline, no politeness with the passengers, No punctuality in time. Worst experience ever
Staff behaviour is very bad. No courteousness in answering to the customers. TV not working. No headphones. No bedsheet. Finally, punctuality is an issue.
Even though the bus started at starting point sharp it reached about 2.5 hours late to hyderabad. The bus was not even cleaned inside and several consumed snacks packets were found on the seats and the bed sheets were not changed. While enquiring about the bus going to Miyapur the answer received from driver was not up tp the expectation.
Booked a sleeper bus and was sent a semi-sleeper. The staff is rude and non-cooperative. The bus was delayed by 6 hours.
It goes very slowly. No punctuality. Journey time is too long compared to other travels
Do not expect more. Better than average. No space for single bag type of buggage.
Make sure the bus is in proper condition. And there us no tv in our bus
Better to show dropping points available for passengers and also route map for the buses available(if possible)
it"s good compare to previous..i couldnt think quality wise also good but bit spray was more...........thanks
It's was a good journey. The best part was that they provided their customers free water bottles, and snacks during the journey.

The travel was fine and good, except one accident which occurred(though there was no mistake of bus driver in that accident).

The last row seats of the buses are always bad for any passenger. The are the most uncomfortable seats, yet the passenger has to pay the same amount as the others pay.
Blankets were giving bad smeel
