My pnr is 55255879 and ticket no is TK3R65763535. The bus operator service is completely dissatisfied. The journey was good but the boarding point changed without prior information. They drop off us two kilometers far away from original boarding point. When i asked to bus operator they said they have some passengers for further to junagadh, is this reasonable? We have to take a auto and we are four people with one 3 year kid, auto charged us Rs. 150. In addition, they took some passengers from half way in early morning and those passengers forced us to give them a seat, and when i said no, the bus operator also told us to give a seat, it is ridiculous. Sir we trust red bus and these kind of bus operator damage its image. Please compensate me and take some strict steps to that travel operator. Please do the needful.
