Nice experience. Driving was found smooth
RAVINDRA NATH GOSWAMI
This Service is average service. Transporter has to improve the bus quality and also provide clean seat covers and clean blankets in night. And also provide music arrangement with head phone scokets.
Communication needs to be improved
Inconvenience during the travel. No halt was given for dinner or even using the wash room..the staff arguing with the passengers. They were trying to occupy vacant seats with road side people....worse experience

AC of d vehicle failed but staff managed alternate bus without waste of time. I appreciate D staff.
Bus was late or you gave 1 hour early reporting time in scorching summer heat. Not fair. You need to improve on communication gap.

bus interiors too filthy. needs major improvement. wudnt travel in this bus next time.
bus quality was sub standard. interiors were filthy.
Bus quality is very bad, doesn't seems like AC bus, windows are not in good condition and seats are very dirty not enough cleanliness. Bus not punctual in time. It's very bad experience to take service from Patel Travels, very poor service!
Really good bus VOLVO sleeper rocks.!
Very low flooring near to engine in the rear end causes engine noise. This needs to be noted by body builder.
Good service but as dont have any other option so can not compare.
Need more comfort level seats to sleep.
