    the bus number should be mention on the M ticket because there are three buses and it is difficult to confirm which bus may I have to board. the charging point of the mobile was not working.It should be improved.

    Windows dont close completely. In winters it can be a problem with cold wind gushing in.

    Bus staff understood only Gujarati. They had trouble/feigned trouble understanding Hindi.
