I got a call at 6:00 pm saying that bus is coming 3 hours late Bcz of Bharuch traffic. I had waited for 3 hours at 10pm I got a call for boarding. I reached the pickup point and they ask me to book the auto and go to Highway Nilam Hotel. I told them Call the bus driver at pick up point. Finally they came. Bus was dirty with plastic bottles and very dirty smell of food. AC was not working. However I managed. Whole night no stops at hotel or toilet. You have To pass the urine in open. Morning when we reached in Maharashtra we asked driver for breakfast and tea. He stopped the bus at dirty tea stall dhaba of marwadi. No washroom no toilet no table. Finally we all passengers faugh with driver. The driver was angry and he said an aap ka jyada ho gaya bahot Bol rahe ho. Driver was not dressed he was in khatara truck dress. Very dirty staff very bad service. Dont come in to MR Travels.
I have booked this bus for travel from surat to bangalore. Mobile charging points in the bus not working. Bus arrived late by 1.5 hours at the pick up point. I ask them to change the arrival time displayed on the screen during booking. Actual arrival time is always different. In this journey, bus reached the destination by more than 5 hours late. As a result of that i missed another connecting bus from there. While booking they are saying total journey time is 19.50 hours, but actual journey hours is 24 hours. So update ur journey time in data base. There is no traffic jam during the journey for them to come late at every pickup point. Punctuality is very important.
Bus was in pathetic condition. There were cockroaches roaming on my breath. TV was not working. Blanket was stinking, I guess it was used. This is pathetic service after charging the passengers so heavily. I would recommend anyone to trabel by this. an
Everything was good, but it reached the destination 5 hours late.
