The bus was 2 hours late. Also, the usher kept shouting throughout the journey. I am could not get any sleep because of that.
the was was completely dusty and not cleaned since last 3 -4 days .this bus started from surat at 11.30 pm. Ac was not working.in mumbai they replaced one other ac bus which reached pune by 10.hrs.
