Sorry to write u all dis, but for the 1st time i had a worst experienced with the red bus. 1st off all i didnt complete my travel because of the driver was 4 hours late. i was having a booking of 2am on 1st May 2015, i was waiting to my boarding point from 1am at kamrej police chowki, after one & a half hour at around 2.30 when bus doesnt arrived i tried calling ur helpline no. which is 0261-2310200,3996699,4011222,9377011100,9377088800 but there was no response. After 15 minutes i called again this time 1 guy picked up the call & when i asked for the help he replied saying me (is this is the time to call for help & he is very busy enjoying with his wife)& Hangup the call I dont the person name to whom i had talked bt the no. was 9377011100 I dont know whether u will take any action or not but really its something very different which I had experienced, After all this finally anyhow i managed to get the contact no. of the driver when i asked why the Bus is Late or where is he this is the reply i got (he said the Bus start late from Ahmedabad & when he will cross the toll naka at that time he can tell me what time he will come but when i Forced him to let me know the approx time he told me he will be coming by 5.30am or 6.00am) Now you only say me what was the 2nd option i can take if I have a flight next day at 1pm so finally I had Taken a decision to choose another way to reach Bombay i went Surat Station & taken a Cab to whom i had paid 3500rs to just reach mumbai on time & not to miss my flight. Further its all up to you what you can do for me if nothing just only get my money refunded into my account which is 955rs for further clarification you can called me on my No. 9619531616. But Really a worst night & experience of my life.

The bus was almost 2 hours late for a journey from Surat to Mumbai! For the extremely high rate of Rs. 2300 per seat a better punctuality is expected.

The bus was alright, not rather expensive for that bus quality, but other than that, everything else was fine. Bus dropped us closer to where we want to go, and the bus was in a relatively clean condition
