While booking, it said 8pm to 3.30pm (next day). What actually happened was the bus arrived at Surat at 8.40 and finally dropped us at Bangalore (anand rao circle) at 7pm, which means it was 3 hrs 30 minutes late. Movies shown were not of public interest and werent changed even after insisting. The stops for food were good but overall was a bad ride due to horrible punctuality and cooperation of the bus staff.
