the bus was sipposed to start at 9PM and reavh yavatmal at 4:00am. but it started at 3:30 am and reached yavatmal at 12:00 noon. Staff could even communicate the reason for delay and expected time to resolve any issue. Worst experience I ever had with VRL especially when they are known to the best in the game.
Bad experience about timing...
It delayed more than 1 hr.
