      Customer Reviews

We wanted to stop at katraj, pune but driver was not listening to our statement. He was trying to compromise with us by adjusting seats in another bus. VRL has to take actions on such drivers.

      1. Seat is stinky- cleaning suggested 2. Heavy vibrations - caused disturbed sleep 3. The restaurant where bus stopped for dinner was worst.

Bus Quality : Not able to close the glass windows, very tight. No charging points and light on sleeper seats. Pune to Sirisi : Bus did not come in time and when we called driver at a given time, he was irritated. Our seat was occupied by some other people and getting them vacated took time. Bed sheets and covers were messed up by them. Why allow others when seats are booked by us ??? Sirisi to Pune : SMS told boarding at 19:00 and driver called at 18:00 and started shouting at us for not coming in time. When I told that starting time is 19:00, he was rude in answering. Really bad experience

Driver was Rash and Rough on driving

That Travel was horrible. Bus was stopped at least for 3-4 hours. It was a damaged bus and they arranged another bus because of our complaint. But they were irresponsible initially and not maintained the proper timings. totally a bad experience.
