Very good .certainly I will recommendto others
Scheduled time of departure was 7.00 pm and they picked us up at 9.45. The cleanliness of the bus was good enough. Seating is nice. Only minus point here was the delay. We were not even informed about it. Neither did we get any sns of the bus number or reminder of travel.
The window glass was opening by itself due to the movement of the bus. Hence had disturbed sleep whole night. After dinner, no stopping for toilet for ladies till morning 7.30, which will be difficult for diabetic cases like me.
Bus came 1 hr late and driver and cleaner was very rude. We had 5 tickets still he insisted to keep our bags with us inside the bus rather than below in the storage.I had used SRS while travelling to Banglore and had decent experience this time around it was pathetic
This is the first time that I and others travelling to mumbai had to get down from the bus which we had boarded from Sirsi. We were asked to vacate the bus at vashi and take the other bus to go to sion. This was very bad as we had to carry our baggages and move it to the other. Later we came to know that it was booked for some other party. This is not fair. As we passengers had paid for oir full trip to mumbai and it should be the same bus leaving us to the destination. Very bad service.
I had to be in office by 8:30 and had a doubt if the bus will stand to the timing mentioned in the ticket of 8, to my surprise i actually reached on time.

Even though they started on time at Hubli lot of time was wasted at their work shop and office. Later on one of the staffs did not board the bus in their main office and they waited for him to come and board the bus at their second office for 25 mins. The hotel where they stop for dinner are always crowded and will have to wait for queue to go to toilet etc. Even it is not clean. After paying such an amount the experience is not so good.
First time i got good experience with VRL service . Time management everything was good. Very cooperative. Dinner break they had given in reputed hotel. Very nice experience
