thae bus arrived at the pickup point at sindhanur at 12 AM. I was asked to report at 11:15. When i tried to reach the given contact no. there was no response.I was all alone at the pick up point at midnight. when i call the local Sindhanur No. to give my sattus he was asking me why i booked a bus at 11:30. the local guy should have taken the responsibility of finding the whereabouts when i raised the concern. the bus staff was good.I would have been better if they had answered the call.

Bus punctuality and bus service is good, but staff behaviour is the worst part, which ruins everything including good services

01-May-2015

The bus was an hour and a half late because of an issue with the bus. Within a half hour of the journey, the stopped the bus again for about 2 hours. The air conditioning was repeatedly switched off and was inadequate when it was on.
