Worst service from both red bus and Arhans Tour and Travels. On scheduled date 30.07.16 and on last moment it was informed to me by Arhans travels that they did not receive any confirmation of passengers from Red bus and hence they have allotted my booked seat no 7,8 to some other passengers. After several calls to red bus, the bus operator suddenly decided to allot me two seats on other bus with seat no 37, 38. Two things are to be noticed here, firstly, When Bus operator was not agreeing that he received confirmation from Red Bus than he should stick to his words and secondly, after my numbers of calls with red bus people, may be the bus operator realized his mistake and became ready to allot me last seat on some other bus. This sounds fishy as suddenly he changed his mind. The passenger(my parents) who were supposed to travel are of age 59 & 54 yrs. I have immediately cancelled the booking and still fighting for refund as bus operator is still lying that the passengers traveled by other bus. So my suggestion to red bus will be that they should double cross-check with bus operators before the schedule travel. Communication should be both way. Once PNR is received on my number i am relaxed but this time neither Red bus nor the operator was sure on anything. Worst Travel experience so far. Guys double check with red bus and bus operators in advance even after receiving confirmation message on your mobile.
