I have started journey from Shirpur . As expected bus started late but this time AC was not working from beginning . we asked attendant about this he said it will get cool in 1 hrs. Bus reached dhule and then we got to know that AC is not working at all . Then driver told us to contact owner at Malegoan . We reached malegoan and owner mentioned that its not working due to some accident in the morning. He denied for replacement to another AC bus and denied for refund of non AC fair . He mention to take money back and leave the bus at midnight. All passenger boarded since there was no option left . So very uncooperative behavior from staff we faced . Having said that unfortunately bus got punctured as we entered mumbai so again kind of harassment to all passenger. So overall its pathetic journey.
I am afraid there is nothing positive to mention about Bus quality, punctuality and staff behavior .Only good thing was bus had a back up tire for replacement, thank god . Only one advice in such cases owner should inform passengers well in advance about the situation so that they can cancel their tickets or be prepared for journey. since AC failure was happened in the morning it was possible to correct it and make alternative provision . we all pay more for a comfortable journey !
