      journey was good but the hotel where bus stoped at highway dhaba there was food quality is very bad and charges are unethical and too much high just double of MRP


      bus Service is very poor. staff is allowing beggers to get inside. They halted bus for one our to occupy vacant seats.


      staff are good only but they are not interested to redbus bokings they want only local bokings


      Bus timing was10pm, arrived on10.25pm,  they searched extra seats to fill empty seats- actually left Shirdi@11.30pm.

      A fucking bus company.Arrived at Shirdi at 8.30am instead of 7.45. No msg regarding the bus.very bad experience.


      Very upset with the behaviour of the driver and cleaner they have taken the details while boarding & told it will reach thane at 4.30 but did not care to wake us and stopped the bus at Scion and reckless in answering.


      Punctuality is poor and if the BUS is booked it should not rome around the shirdi perimeter for almost 2 hours to get the seats filled. Also i have booked 300 rupees per seat "om sai travels" i was adjusted to "chirag travels" bus which had 200 rupees per seat which totally unacceptable. The difference amount should have been returned back. hence would grade it poor and wont refer anyone.


      Bus arrived an hour late. Bus boy did not seem to care about passengers


      Bus was changed. Instead a normal bus was provided which was late by 30-40 mins.


      I had an extremely horrible experience just like other passengers. The bus was stinking so badly that some of them had to spray deo and air freshners in the bus to make the environment livable.       Worst service ever the bus i booked was supppse to leave at 8.00 AM bt they kept on collecting passengers n finally d journey started at 11.00 AM was jst realy feed up of such bus service i vil never recommend such service to any one


      On site it showing new bus.but bus was was vibrating while moving in speed, due to which many of my realatives suffered from headache..The ac vents were broken..the AC was not working properly..Not @ all satisfied :(


      Charging point was damaged and light switch was also not in working condition on my seat number 7.


      The bus punctuality is very bed I'll not travel again and will share bed experience with friends and Facebook bus travelled 9 hours from shirdi to Thane our too much time wastage full day spend in bus very very bed


      Worst service I have ever seen . Quality of bus is below par . There was almost 4 hrs delay ,I don't know the reason bcz when I asked d staff about the reason for d delay they didn't even responded .totally a worst experience . I strongly recommend every one to not use this service.Obviously I am not going to use this service again .


      Bus starting point was not at "Holiday Hotel". I was waiting at Hotel but at last moment an agent called me and asked to to cross the road quickly as bus was waiting for me. I boared the bus and Bus was rhoming around Shirdi for 30 minutes or more to fill the seats. WHile getting down also driver and attendant was in a such a hurry that they were shouting to get down on high way itself. We requested to wait as it was difficult to bring the baggage down in running bus. In early morning we got down in no-man's land and then we looked for help to go to nearest Rickshaw stand. Driver and attendant were not at all concerned about our life / safety. their attitude was really bad.


      Bus quality was so poor no bus was not clean, when we seat on the seat due to dust , we got infection in our body, and timing was it was told 2 pm and bus comes on 4 pm , and also it reach 11 pm instead of 7 bad experiences, Red bus providing poor quality of bus services.I never experience like this, by paying lots of money and we are getting poor quality services, Instead of booking from the red bus we should go directly to travel agent.This was my 1 experience by traveling in so poor quality bus, Because we have already paid.....


      I had booked 3 tickets for the 8am bus, but they started the bus at 10 o'clock. After that, they gave me 3 different seats other than which I had already booked online from redbus. This made me think, what's the point of online booking if I don't get what I want?


      On red bus I saw the timing of shirdi to thane as 03:30 to 08:30. Hence i booked this ticket. On the day of travel it changed to 03:30 to 10:00, never mind i stil adjusted, but the bus reached at 11:00. There were no specific reason for delay like heavy rains or bad traffic. The bus was very very slow and taking unnecesarry halt. Totally Disappointed


      Departure time for Shirdi-Thane bus was 1.30 PM on 10th July from Shirdi but they started by 2.50 PM. Bus took 3-4 rounds in Shirdi to find out travelers. It reached at Nasik by 4.50 pm & again took a long hault of around 1 Hour. Bus driver was stopping the bus anywhere midway on highway and picked up any random people on board for the journey & that was pathetic. Scheduled dropping time at Thane was 7.30 PM on 10th July but bus reached Thane at 8.45 PM.


      1) The bus was "un-apologetically" late by half an hour. 2) The Bus was untidy with dirty bed sheets on the berths 3) The bus could have reached the destination atleast an hour before but the bus staff decided to spend around an hour at a dhaba when Mumbai was just 69KMs away. 4) They don't stop at correct drop points (Majiwada/Cadbury etc) but it drops you on busy highways to fetch Rickshaw/taxis. 5) Regret to have come by this bus but i had no option. Next time will go to Manmad and will travel by train to Mumbai.


      Service Operator was very rude and was behaving in very bad manner. he was also using the abuse words and threaten that he is from local so he can do anything.


      Redbus provided excellent service by messaging and email. Booking online was easy and reliable. Excellent job.


      Please don not travel with this bus, Very pathetic stops . Driver loads un-billed guests in the seats . Earning profit from customers which havent paid for the seats. not preferable to travel .


      The bus statted from Shirdi on time but was circling the same pick-up point at Shirdi for 2 hours delaying the entire journey. Against an ETA of 6 pm , they lefty us at 9 pm at Thane.


      Bus in real wasn't the same as shown. Driving was pathetic. Being on an upper seat with ruthless driving, I had an uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this bus for those who want a sound & pleasant ride.

      The bus was on time. Still the driver and conductor keep revolving the bus around temple for 5 times. When the bus started (at 11:15 PM), it was already late by 1 hour and 10 min (Actual time was 10:05). Also there were some internal issue between bus driver-conductor-contractor. The behavior of Bus conductor was a nightmare. When inquired about the reason of late and when the bus will start, he said - Did you bought a ticket from us? go and ask agent. Is this a behavior someone expect? The was (Ganesh travels) had mentioned a complaint number on their bus, on which i called to register a complaint but they to my surprise requested me to register complaint with with the kind of service i got, i am really very hurt and this time i am in no mood to spare them. Why not move them to the court. I would like to know what the redbus think of this and what they have to handle such situation. After buying an online ticket and money debited, you (Redbus) and ganesh Travel can not take passengers for granted. Let me know what you are doing in this regard. p.s.: the number of bus was ******407, Ganesh Travel. Date of Journey may 31, 2015, from Shirdi to Mumbai


      scheduled time was 13:00, but it was cam latey by 1:30 Hrs. Reaching at destination was schedule at 4:30 Hrs but reached at 21:30 Hrs.


      I give bad because they completely change bus


      Well my bus journey from shirdi to thane dated 5th may 2015 was pretty bad. I had issues with the quality of buses red bus books is with, this one had no blanket and stained and dirty bed covers,that was the major put off .on punctuality , the bus faired okay okay(made me reach an with an hour's delay ) Red bus should definitely work on customer satisfaction I feel.


      The bus which i booked changed the timing and bus quality was worst. It was no where near to volvo. It was hell of a journey for me. The staff was non-sense, wasn't listening to any request.


      Unprofessional attitude by the operator, exorbitant delay.


      As per your PNR 5J66PUA, MY BUS WAS SAI VIRBHADRA TRAVELS but time of the travel at 12.45hrs I got a call from mob No. 9372913974 that your Bus is change i.e. SAI RAJ TRAVEL. The bus condition was very bad. All seat covers and sided handle very bad condition. You charge me Rs. 300/- but I saw that they taken only Rs. 250/- per passengers.


      The bus was roaming in shirdi to fill up the empty seat for 2 hours due to which we all had to suffer & reached thane at 8:30pm.


      very bad seats alloted. no flexibility, more costs charged from me till i booked in advance & give extra charge those who did not book online got seat at low rates than me


      Bus was 3 hours late. Bus quality was completely downgraded. THe staff behaviour was worst.

      Its spoils our mind and money once we check in at the bus,even they stop at the worst hotel for lunch or snacks,worst experience will never recommend red bus in future to any one


      Bus services is totally worst. i will never again book a ticket for the same bus,,, requesting others to do the same


      Seats were not at all comfortable also their no ac cooling, ,bus dept timing was 1146 hrs from Shirdi but bus roaming around Shirdi till 1400 hrs as result we reached thane at 2000 hrs.
