Bus arrived late at pick up point and got very late to reach destination. Then there was long unwanted halts just to unload parcels, luggage even 2 wheelers from the bus. Had to deboard the bus before destination and catch taxi in order to reach our destination.
The bus was extremely comfortable very unlike the myth people have about bus journeys being tiring and stressful.
Bus operator cancelled the bus without any prior information. Worst behavior of the incharge person. Never go for this.
The worst experience I have had in travel. Bus staff did not let passengers occupy the designated seats whoever had made on-line reservations. Passengers those who had booked tickets from Shirdi usual travel agents had the priority while boarding the bus and privilege to occupy desired seats. Bus staffs made elderly and ladies walk out of the bus because Redbus bookings does not hold any place for seating plan. Bus stopped in pathetic hotel for refreshment with waterless and door less washroom. Do not board the bus. Worst experience. Remove the bus from Redbus operations.
