Bus staff was too mich rude. After so much requesting for reducing AC temperature, he just ignored. The bus got stopped in the mid way due to maintenance problem and we waited for 2 hours for another bus to pick us. Neeta bus service is terrific
Bus stated 2 hour late from the scheduled time, Bus was even not maintained, bus tire burst 15Km before entering in Pune City. Staff was even not having jack and other equipment. So horrible ride.
