It is One of the worst bus service. they cancel the bus and a TATA ACE van. it is too much . i never saw this type of service.
never ever go in this bus!! the bus doesnt even have proper curtains to cover sun. very poor AC, broken chairs, broken foot rest and it runs slower than local bus. I recommend redbus to remove these travels from their list considering customers convenience.
Bad staff as well as bad AC. will not prefer anyone to travel with paulo on pune shirdi route.
Although the bus reported on time but it didnt leave the destination even after 60 mins of scheduled departure time. When passengers started shouting, the bus co ordinator said that they are waitibg for three passengers who booked online. The bus eas so dirty and slow that it tokk 9 hours to reach pune. Overall a very bad experience.
